Featured on this page
are pictures and instructions
on how to break out of
the track boundaries in
GT2. Its pretty much exploiting
flaws in the game code
that allow you to get
through a seemingly impenetrable
wall! No game is perfect,
and Gran Turismo is no
exception. Yeah, surprised
by that statement aren't
you? Oh. You're not. :/
If
you continue having
trouble trying to break
out of the track and
need help then just
e-mail me via the link
at the bottom of the
page, or ask on the
official Facebook page,
link to which is at
the bottom also. :)
Me or my alter ego (me2)
will be very, very,
very happy
to help. Hmm. Maybe
not that happy,
but happy enough.
Orange
arrows indicate the location to 'hit'. Better
and bigger photos coming soon (a.k.a. when i take
them and upload them).

AUTUMN
RING CIRCUIT |
|
First
break out point
1. Go right up to the first corner, straight to
the fence through the sand trap. Car is 4WD, so
you won't need a tow.
2. Turn around and race down, then head into the
pits.
3. Aim for the left side of the pit building so
when you hit it you go left along the pit building
wall, and whack into the boundary wall.
4. Once you are stuck inbetween the two walls,
keep doing little turns left and right and try
to weave your car into the wall. The tell all
your mates to come look, they'll be in awe - trust
me.
Second break out point
1. Go around the track until you go past the exit
of the pits, for the Autumn Ring Mini course.
2. Do a u-turn and race along the grass or the
pit lane exit road, then when you are just about
to hit the pit exit wall, turn left and smash
into the blocky part of the tire wall.
3. This usually takes a while, but try to weave
your car into the tire wall like you would when,
well, weaving, and if you are nearly through then
aim towards the pit buildings, otherwise you will
just end up back on the track. Why you'd want
to go back to where you came from is beyond me.

LAGUNA
SECA RACEWAY |
|
First
break out point
1. Take off straight away and when you near the
braking point for the first corner head right
and rub against the wall until you smash into
the tire wall.
2. Once you hit it keep doing the little turny
things, turning mainly right, and you should get
in.
3. Most other tire walls on this track you can
get into but you can't get through the boundary
fence behind it. Because there's a boundary there
that works.

SPECIAL
STAGE ROUTE 5 |
|
First
break out point
1. Turn around straight away and head towards
the pit entry by the last corner.
2. Once there, turn around and race through the
pits at top speed. Don't worry about the black
flags being waved at you.
3. When you are about to hit the tire wall at
the end turn left so you hit the tire wall right
beside the boundary wall. It takes ages usually
so don't give up.

MOTORSPORTS
LAND |
|
First
break out point
1. Drive around the track until you get to the
hairpin (turn five)
2. Once there, go half way around it and then
turn and face the tire wall which is in the middle
of the hairpin.
3. Drive into the left corner of the middle tire
wall and you SHOULD drive through it. From there
go up the straight in front of you (which heads
towards turn four) and keep going straight. You
should just drive right through the wall. Probably
the easiest BO point in the game, even a rabbit
could do it.

SEATTLE
CIRCUIT |
|
First
break out point
1. Go around turn one and once you get to the
end of the short straight before the hill do an
(illegal) u-turn.
2. Aim towards the two blue tyre walls in the
corner ahead of you and boot it (you may need
a runoff from the hill. Don't be silly, i mean
a runoff in the car).
Second break out point
1. At the top of the hill with all the jumps,
*smash!* into the corner
of the tire walls.
2. May take a while to get through!
If you have ever broken out of a track which is
not listed here, or you got out of the track which
is listed here in a different place than i have
listed - then please tell me about it by e-mailing
me via the link below! If you broke out of the
track in a game that isn't Gran Turismo, then
you get 2 points.
